On Premium, De Kind can generate a clear, factual narrative summary of your record for any date range — useful when a solicitor or mediator wants a readable account rather than raw logs. It summarises only what you've logged: custody/care periods, costs, and requests.
How to generate one
- Go to Reports & Export.
- Choose a date range (a preset or custom).
- Click Generate AI summary — it takes a few seconds.
- The summary appears on the page and is saved to your record.
How it stays factual
- The assistant only sees your structured entries — it can't add, invent, or guess facts, and it's instructed not to judge or characterise either parent.
- The figures (custody days per parent, cost totals, requests accepted/declined) are calculated by the app, not by the AI.
- Every summary is marked as AI-generated. Always check it against your source records before relying on it — it is not legal advice.
Your privacy
The summary and the exact data it was built from are stored encrypted and are visible only to your household. Nothing is shared with the other parent beyond what they can already see in the shared record.
If a range is too large
Very long ranges can exceed what one summary can hold — if that happens you'll be asked to narrow the dates. For a complete, formatted document, use the PDF export on the Reports page instead.
